Barley grass juice is made from sprouted barley. The process of sprouting and germinating the barley seeds unlocks a host of important nutrients, including Vitamin A, chlorophyll, protein, fiber, and flavonoids like saponarin. The presence of saponarin is one reason why barley grass may act as an antioxidant. The juice from our raw barley grass is dried to form a powder without any preservatives or additives.
