Skip the refined sugar with these sweet bits of Snickers-inspired bark. Made with simple ingredients, sweetened by dates, coated in chocolate, and accompanied by 24 grams of plant-based protein powder and organic tart cherry - thanks to our vanilla Longevity League protein powder. Ingredients

  • 5 large medjool dates
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 scoops Ora vanilla Longevity League protein powder
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp coconut oil, divided
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup peanuts, chopped or halved
  • ½ cup plant-based chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. Cut dates in half, remove pits, and lay flat on parchment paper.
  2. Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, + 2 tbsp melted coconut oil.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over dates and sprinkle with peanut halves.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil, then pour over top.
  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  6. Freeze until set, then break into bark and enjoy!
