Your Muscle Memory Product Guide
Say hello to the supercharged version of you.
Take me straight to...
How to Use
Keep it simple.
Grab your favorite glass or shaker bottle and add 8-12 oz of water then add one scoop of Muscle Memory.
Shake up our blend with a handheld frother. Because our creatine monohydrate is micronized for max solubility, it should dissolve almost immediately.
You can always add your scoop to a smoothie too, for that sweet-tart acai berry flavor addition and functional boost.

Timing matters.
For a brain boost—start your morning off right by taking it first thing for a mental edge.
For muscle fuel—if you’re hitting a workout, enjoy it right before or after to amp up recovery and endurance.
Take it earlier in the day:
For best results, make it a daytime treat! Taking Muscle Memory too late may keep you buzzing into bedtime from the ramped-up ATP production.

Emerging Research
Can creatine boost your brain?
The evidence is growing: creatine powers more than just your PRs. A growing number of experts MDs and top researchers are saying the same thing: 5g of creatine is excellent for performance, but 10g may be the sweet spot for your brain.
Creatine boosts the brain's phosphocreatine levels, a molecule that helps regenerate ATP - the primary energy source for neurons (AKA your brain cells).
More ATP means neurons can function more efficiently, supporting cognitive processes like memory formation, learning, and recall, and helping fight mental fatigue under stress.
A 2021 meta-analysis showed some positive benefits at doses of 5 grams/day, one study suggested that 10-20 grams/day of creatine provides better benefits for brain health over time.
And in adult women? Another study showed increased brain weight and volume when consuming 10 grams of creatine versus the 4-gram control.
While 5g/day is a great starting point, studies show that 10–20g/day may offer superior results for:
Focus & mental clarity†
Brain energy metabolism†
Stress resilience & cognitive performance†

So, what’s my brain’s dose?
If brain health is your goal, gradually increase toward 10g/day (2 scoops of Muscle Memory) and monitor how you feel.
To minimize potential side effects (like temporary water weight), split it into two 5-gram doses throughout the day.

Testing & Results
Meets the 5N Standard
We’ve long been frustrated by how inconsistent and opaque supplement standards are. The U.S. excels in some areas but lacks in others. Meanwhile, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand each lead in different parts of quality and safety.
So we asked: what if we built something that unified the best of all of them?
The answer is the 5 Nation Standard™ (5N™) - our proprietary global framework inspired by the strictest regulations across five of the world’s most trusted health systems. 5N™ is built on four pillars: Purity, Strength, Transparency, and Safety.
Every batch is tested against international analytical methods by independent ISO-accredited labs. Every product is verified to 100% label claim. Every Certificate of Analysis is eight pages long - covering contaminants, microbials, pesticides, solvent residues, allergens, and more. In a category that largely polices itself, 5N™ is the opposite of shortcuts. It’s a higher standard, one we hope becomes the new expectation.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A Certificate of Analysis (also called a COA) is a document that publishes a product’s test results. These are, essentially, report cards – the culmination of all the hard work that goes into sourcing ingredients from trustworthy farms and suppliers.
