How to Use

Chew one tablet daily, ideally in the morning with breakfast or lunch.

D3 and K2 are fat-soluble vitamins, so pairing with a meal that has a source of healthy fat — nuts, avocado, a splash of olive oil — helps your body absorb more of what's in each tablet.


Skip the sleep disruption

Pass on the afternoon dose — taking vitamin D too late in the day may interfere with your sleep. Morning is your sweet spot.


Ways to up-level

Pair with magnesium — it's required for every enzyme that metabolizes vitamin D in the body, meaning without enough of it, D3 can't do its job properly. Stack together for full effect.
