How to Use
Take two capsules at the same time every day, with food or right before eating.
Don’t worry about finding the “perfect” time of day. Simply choose a time that works for you and aim to keep it consistent – most of our customers and team prefer to take it in the morning with breakfast.
Tip for swallowing:
After placing the capsules in your mouth, take a big sip of water, and tilt your head forward before swallowing. The air in the capsules will help them float to the back of your throat, making them easier to swallow.
Make it a habit:
Our Daily Essentials probiotic is designed to survive — from your kitchen shelf to your digestive tract. Thanks to specially designed strains, it stays stable at room temperature, so you can take it anywhere without missing a dose.

Boost your microbiome: 3 clinically proven ways to support.
Eat sufficient fiber – Make sure vegetables take up half of your plate, include 1 tbsp of flaxseed daily, and use more plant-based proteins like legumes and nuts.
Check your labels – Make sure the foods you’re eating are free of ingredients you're sensitive to or additives that might trigger inflammation or bloating. We like to avoid artificial flavors, gums, and emulsifiers.
Decrease stress – Stress reduces the body’s ability to digest food properly, leading to digestive tract irritation and bloating. Taking deep breaths or other stress-relief practices before eating, eating in a calm, quiet environment, or using other mindfulness practices can all help reduce stress and improve digestion in real time.
What to Expect
Stay consistent to see results.
A Note on the First Week
Some users may experience temporary digestive discomfort, mild bloating, or changes in stool consistency—this is common and usually a type of Herxheimer reaction (AKA a “Herx” reaction), which can occur as the gut microbiome balance shifts and the “bad” bacteria are naturally displaced. This is normal as your gut’s bacteria get acquainted and adapt to the new probiotic strains.
In 3-5 Days
You may notice slight shifts in digestion, like meals feeling a bit lighter or changes in bowel movements.† Everyone’s gut adjusts differently, so experiences vary.
By 2 Weeks
Things start to settle, and any previous Herx symptoms should resolve. You may see further improvement in regularity, bowel movement consistency, and digestive comfort.
By 4 Weeks
You may notice more resilience in the gut – less gas or bloating when consuming foods that previously caused discomfort, including dairy or fermented foods.† Vegan or lactose-intolerant customers often report smoother digestion with plant-based meals. You may also experience more consistent energy throughout the day, especially if your digestion was previously sluggish.†
By 6-8 Weeks
Expect even more improvement in digestion and comfort, thanks to Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis.† Regularity is supported, abdominal discomfort or bloating may see a reduction, and you may notice a stronger immune response, balanced mood, and better nutrient absorption.†
Testing & Results
Meets the 5N Standard
We’ve long been frustrated by how inconsistent and opaque supplement standards are. The U.S. excels in some areas but lacks in others. Meanwhile, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand each lead in different parts of quality and safety.
So we asked: what if we built something that unified the best of all of them?
The answer is the 5 Nation Standard™ (5N™) - our proprietary global framework inspired by the strictest regulations across five of the world’s most trusted health systems. 5N™ is built on four pillars: Purity, Strength, Transparency, and Safety.
Every batch is tested against international analytical methods by independent ISO-accredited labs. Every product is verified to 100% label claim. Every Certificate of Analysis is eight pages long - covering contaminants, microbials, pesticides, solvent residues, allergens, and more. In a category that largely polices itself, 5N™ is the opposite of shortcuts. It’s a higher standard, one we hope becomes the new expectation.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A Certificate of Analysis (also called a COA) is a document that publishes a product’s test results. These are, essentially, report cards – the culmination of all the hard work that goes into sourcing ingredients from trustworthy farms and suppliers.
