Our turmeric tablets (also known as You’re Golden) have only three ingredients: turmeric, a high-curcumin turmeric extract, and black pepper. Good as Gold, our turmeric powder, has turmeric and black pepper as well as an adaptogen blend of reishi and ashwagandha and other beneficial ingredients like ginger root. These additional ingredients offer a natural way to relieve stress and create a delicious golden milk latte. 

If you are all-in on the antioxidant power of turmeric (and why wouldn't you be?), you might appreciate the tablets for a higher dose of curcumin. You might also choose the tablets if you want a quick, on-the-go turmeric supplement. Is Good as Gold safe when pregnant or breastfeeding?

We would not recommend taking Good As Gold when pregnant because of the presence of ashwagandha. While we always recommend that you consult your doctor before taking supplements when breastfeeding, Good As Gold includes herbs that are recommended in Ayurveda for breastfeeding. There is some evidence to suggest that consuming turmeric and ginger may increase milk supply.
