Not a problem! We make it easy to cancel your subscription, but you can also pause or delay it if you just need more time getting through your products.
If you ever need to cancel, you can follow these steps:
- Log into your account here.
- In the menu, select “Cancel Upcoming Subscription.” This will cancel the products in your next scheduled shipment. If you have products on different dates, please refresh your page and continue to cancel your upcoming subscriptions until you receive a confirmation page.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder if you don’t immediately something from us) – you will receive a confirmation email that your subscription is fully canceled. If you did not receive this, please reach out to us to ensure your subscription is canceled.
- If you have an iPhone, you can also use our iOs app to cancel or make any edits to your subscription. Download the Ora app here.
