You asked, we made it
Meet Thirst Aid—the electrolyte mix that fixes everything you hate about hydration.

Hydration shouldn’t taste like ocean water. We use sodium citrate (not plain table salt) and just 5 g organic coconut sugar to move water faster, so you feel hydrated, not bloated.†
Then we layer in potassium, TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate, and Aquamin® calcium to support muscle function and steady energy† (minus the salt bomb).

you need to know
How is Thirst Aid different from most sports drinks?
Thirst Aid uses only 5g of organic coconut sugar - far less than many sports drinks - paired with a natural sweetener (organic monkfruit) and clean ingredients. It also uses premium mineral forms (TRAACS® chelate, Aquamin®) for better absorption and tolerance.† Designed for true electrolyte hydration & recovery rather than just sweet taste.†
Why does Thirst Aid contain sugar?
Because a little sugar (glucose) is essential to help transport electrolytes like sodium and water into your bloodstream more quickly. We’ve chosen organic coconut sugar - less refined, with some nutrient value - to provide this functional benefit while keeping overall sugar low.
Can I use Thirst Aid daily?
Yes. It’s formulated for daily use and repeated physical activity, helping maintain hydration, supporting muscle/nerve health, and aiding endurance.†
Is Thirst Aid ok for sensitive stomachs?
Yes. The forms used - magnesium bisglycinate and sodium citrate - are chosen for their gentler profile vs harsher salts. Organic ingredients also reduce irritants often found in artificial flavors or dyes.
Is Thirst Aid vegan and clean label?
Yes - all ingredients are plant-based, sustainably sourced, including Aquamin®, coconut products, and fruit-derived vitamin C. No fillers, no synthetic coloring, no artificial sweeteners. Thirst Aid is CCOF certified made with organic ingredients, non-GMO and third-party tested for quality and safety.
Can I take Thirst Aid while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Thirst Aid contains food-common minerals and electrolytes; however, individual needs and tolerances vary during pregnancy and lactation. It is recommended that pregnant or breastfeeding individuals consult with their healthcare provider before use.
