How to Use

If simplicity is your game.

Mix one scoop into 4-8 oz. of water — make it to your taste.

Stir or use a handheld frother until well-mixed. That's it — no blender required for the simple version, but if you want to get creative, keep reading.

To add a probiotic punch to breakfast staples:

Stir it into a smoothie, sprinkle it over oatmeal, or fold it into yogurt. Your routine, your rules.

Toss it back.

For a quick and easy option, mix with just 1.5 oz for a straight probiotic shot.

Ways to up-level.

The apple raspberry flavor plays beautifully with frozen berries, banana, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder for a gut-supporting smoothie that genuinely tastes like a treat. However you take it, your gut will thank you.

Looking to take it up another notch?

When to take it.

Any time of day works — just pick a time around a meal and keep it consistent. There's no perfect window, just the one you'll actually stick to. Daily consistency is what moves the needle.

Can't decide on timing?

You can split your scoop throughout the day — half with breakfast, half with dinner — especially if you've recently taken antibiotics or are supporting an actively disrupted microbiome.

If you are taking antibiotics, take your probiotic at least 2 hours apart from your dose.

What to Expect

Use daily for best results.

A Note on the First Week

Some users may experience temporary digestive discomfort, mild bloating, or changes in stool consistency — this is common and can happen as the gut microbiome adjusts. These sensations are typically short-lived as your digestive system adapts to the new strains.

In A Few Days

Your gut is already getting acquainted with its new neighbors. The prebiotic fiber from organic Jerusalem artichoke inulin starts feeding beneficial bacteria almost immediately. Some may experience a brief adjustment period (mild gas or changes in stool) as your microbiome recalibrates. This is normal. It passes.

In One to Two Weeks

Trust Your Gut probiotic strains are acid-resistant — meaning they're surviving your stomach and arriving in your intestines intact, where the real work happens. Your microbiome is diversifying and stabilizing. Consistency at this stage is everything; research confirms that probiotics need sustained daily intake to colonize effectively and deliver measurable benefit.

In Four Weeks

A double-blind clinical trial of the exact strains in Trust Your Gut — Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis — found significant improvements in bloating severity vs. placebo at the 4-week mark.
Dairy feeling more digestible? That's your Lactobacillus acidophilus pulling its weight — one of the most studied strains for alleviating lactose intolerance symptoms. Your immune system is quietly benefiting too: Bifidobacterium bifidum is extensively studied for its role in supporting the gut's mucosal lining and regulating immune defenses — with research showing it helps maintain the tight junction barriers that keep your gut wall intact and your immune system informed.

In Eight to Twelve Weeks

Consistency is compounding. The same clinical trial confirmed continued and statistically significant reductions in bloating at 8 weeks. Separately, a large, multi-center trial of 330 adults found that closely related L. acidophilus and B. lactis strains significantly reduced the severity of abdominal pain, with 52% of participants reporting meaningful improvement vs. placebo. Mood, energy, and a more settled stomach are all part of the picture at this stage. Your microbiome is finally running on a full team.

Testing & Results

Meets the 5N Standard

We’ve long been frustrated by how inconsistent and opaque supplement standards are. The U.S. excels in some areas but lacks in others. Meanwhile, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand each lead in different parts of quality and safety.

So we asked: what if we built something that unified the best of all of them?

The answer is the 5 Nation Standard™ (5N™) - our proprietary global framework inspired by the strictest regulations across five of the world’s most trusted health systems. 5N™ is built on four pillars: Purity, Strength, Transparency, and Safety.

Every batch is tested against international analytical methods by independent ISO-accredited labs. Every product is verified to 100% label claim. Every Certificate of Analysis is eight pages long - covering contaminants, microbials, pesticides, solvent residues, allergens, and more. In a category that largely polices itself, 5N™ is the opposite of shortcuts. It’s a higher standard, one we hope becomes the new expectation.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

A Certificate of Analysis (also called a COA) is a document that publishes a product’s test results. These are, essentially, report cards – the culmination of all the hard work that goes into sourcing ingredients from trustworthy farms and suppliers.
