Vitamin B12 Chewables
Support brain and heart health† with 1,500mcg of bioactive B12 in delicious raspberry chewable tablets. Organic & vegan with no artificial fillers or flavors.
B12 deficiency is more common than you’d think! When you’re feeling a little low on your Bs, Buzzy B12 is here to give you a healthy boost of plant-based bioactive B12 at an affordable price!
B12 can be hard to get through a plant-based diet, and not everyone has the genes needed to absorb and methylate B12 efficiently. Gastrointestinal issues and anemia can also lead to lower B12 levels.
Why does B12 matter so much?
B12 deficiency has been associated with: Tiredness, depression & anxiety†[1],[2], impaired cognitive health and function†[3], and increased homocysteine levels, which can increase the risk of heart and cardiovascular complications.†[4],[5]

A Better Source
Buzzy B12 uses Methylcobalamin made from bacteria, which is a more bioactive source of B12 than the commonly-used cyanocobalamin, and is completely vegan.
While cyanocobalamin is the most common form of supplemental B12, in order for the body to utilize it, it has to be“methylated” and converted into methylcobalamin, the bioactive form that can work in the body. Methylcobalamin is already methylated and ready to do its job!

No - this product is for adults. For anyone under the age of 18, we recommend consulting your doctor.
B-12 beliefs debunked
It’s commonly believed that animal protein is a good source of B12, however recent research has shown that animals often receive B12 through fortified feed, and are sometimes even fed the manure of other animals. Scientists now believe B12 can be created in the gut by healthy bacteria, and can also be created by bacteria in soil.
Tips for use
Taking large doses of Vitamin C with your B12 may reduce the available amount of Vitamin B12 in your body. To avoid this interaction, we recommend taking your Vitamin C two or more hours after your B12. An easy way to remember is to take your B12 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and take your Vitamin C with lunch.
