1. Keep your creatine away from coffee and any other diuretic. Creatine helps your muscles hold onto water, and if you take creatine alongside a diuretic, it will deplete the water from the rest of the body, leading to feelings of dehydration. We recommend having creatine at least one hour away from coffee or caffeine. 

2. Mix it with sufficient water: mix your creatine with a full 8-12 oz of water to ensure you’re fueling your muscles and your entire body.  

3. Take a clean creatine: Some creatine products include extra sugar or artificial ingredients - not this one. 

4. Hydrate hydrate hydrate: Creatine pulls water into your muscle cells to enhance their strength and size. This process increases intracellular water content with the potential to reduce available water elsewhere in your body, making proper hydration essential to maintain overall fluid balance.
