How to Use
Take two capsules daily to provide consistent nutritional support for glowing skin, strong nails, and luscious hair.
It doesn’t matter the time of day, but we recommend morning for habit stacking purposes.
Optimize it.
Take your capsules on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after a meal — B vitamins absorb best without food in the mix.
If you tend to take them with breakfast, pair with a small source of healthy fat (think: a splash of coconut milk, a spoon of nut butter, or avocado toast) to support astaxanthin absorption.
Either way, consistency matters more than nailing perfect timing.

Try this technique
If swallowing capsules isn't your thing.
Place 1–2 capsules in your mouth
Take a sip of water
Tilt your head slightly forward before swallowing
This helps the capsules ride to the back of your throat on an air bubble and go down more easily.
If swallowing capsules isn’t in the cards, you can always open them and pour the contents into a smoothie. (Expect a mild algae taste - that’s the astaxanthin.)
What to Expect
Benefits, backed by science, built over time.
In Four Weeks
Astaxanthin is already working behind the scenes. Research suggests that daily astaxanthin supplementation may produce a measurable drop in malondialdehyde — a key marker of oxidative stress — in under 30 days. Think of it as your cells getting better at defending themselves against the daily damage that speeds up skin aging.†
In 10 Weeks
Skin that looks and feels more like itself. Research suggests that daily astaxanthin supplementation may support smoother, more hydrated skin — with studies pointing to improvements in elasticity, moisture retention, and resilience to environmental stressors like UV exposure. Fucoidan from organic bladderwrack works alongside astaxanthin here, inhibiting the enzymes responsible for collagen degradation and helping your skin hold onto moisture longer.†
By Month 3
Stronger hair, starting at the root. Hair health begins deep in the follicle — and that's exactly where Bacillus subtilis goes to work. Research suggests B. subtilis may help reduce oxidative stress in keratinocytes, the cells that produce hair fiber. Studies on the Nrf2 pathway — a key antioxidant regulator inside the hair follicle — suggest that supporting it may help protect against the oxidative stress that disrupts healthy hair growth cycles. Think of it as tending the soil, not just the stem. Less stress at the root, better conditions for the hair you want to keep.†
In 5 Months
Nails that don't quit. Biotin — delivered here via organic quinoa sprouts — is one of the most well-researched nutrients for nail health. Clinical research suggests biotin supplementation may support nail thickness and help reduce brittleness in people with fragile nails. Structural changes in nails take time by nature; this is a long-game milestone that's worth tracking.†
Emerging Research
Nature's lesser-known cheat code for skin: Astaxanthin.
Vitamin C is great. Vitamin E is solid. Astaxanthin laps them both. Research suggests it may be one of the most potent antioxidants ever studied — and your skin is the first place you'll notice the difference.†
Most antioxidants can't say this: astaxanthin is one of the only antioxidants that can cross the cell membrane and the blood-brain barrier, fighting oxidative damage from every angle, simultaneously.
The results back it up. A 2021 meta-analysis found astaxanthin was associated with measurably bouncier, more hydrated, UV-resilient skin — with a 10-week double-blind RCT backing up those same improvements. And it doesn't take forever to work — studies show a significant drop in oxidative stress markers in under 30 days. Your cells clock it early, the glow follows.†
Fun fact: Astaxanthin is the pigment responsible for a flamingo's iconic pink color — they get it from the algae and crustaceans they eat.
Testing & Results
Meets the 5N Standard
We’ve long been frustrated by how inconsistent and opaque supplement standards are. The U.S. excels in some areas but lacks in others. Meanwhile, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand each lead in different parts of quality and safety.
So we asked: what if we built something that unified the best of all of them?
The answer is the 5 Nation Standard™ (5N™) - our proprietary global framework inspired by the strictest regulations across five of the world’s most trusted health systems. 5N™ is built on four pillars: Purity, Strength, Transparency, and Safety.
Every batch is tested against international analytical methods by independent ISO-accredited labs. Every product is verified to 100% label claim. Every Certificate of Analysis is eight pages long - covering contaminants, microbials, pesticides, solvent residues, allergens, and more. In a category that largely polices itself, 5N™ is the opposite of shortcuts. It’s a higher standard, one we hope becomes the new expectation.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A Certificate of Analysis (also called a COA) is a document that publishes a product’s test results. These are, essentially, report cards – the culmination of all the hard work that goes into sourcing ingredients from trustworthy farms and suppliers.
