Order Issues

  • If your order was just placed, please email us at info@ora.organic as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We’ll reach out to our warehouse ASAP and do our best to grab that from the shipping truck for you!

  • If your order is heading to the wrong place, please email us at info@ora.organic as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to get your address updated.

  • As long as your order has not yet been packed, we’re generally able to make changes for you. Please email us at info@ora.organic with your request and we’ll do our best to make it happen for you.

  • Just head here! You’ll need your order number and email address.

  • If you just received your tracking link, don’t worry. Links can take up to 24 hours to update with information. Give it a day, then have a look – you should see your estimated date of arrival. If it’s been a couple of days with no movement, email us at info@ora.organic and we’ll help track down that package.

  • Call your local post office directly to schedule a pickup. Be sure to bring a valid ID when picking up your packages from the post office. If you’d rather not swing by, USPS offers a redelivery service that you can use here.

    USPS typically holds packages for 15 days. If the addressee (you!) does not claim the package at the end of this period, then the package is returned to the sender (us!).

    If it’s been more than 15 days since your order was delivered, please reach out to us directly to find a solution. We’re here for you!

  • First things first: check your spam folder. (And then never send us there again because we love you.) You can also check your order status here. You’ll just need your order number and email address. If you still can’t find it, email us at info@ora.organic with your order number. We’ll help you locate your products and give you an ETA on their arrival.

    If your order is nowhere to be found, please email us at info@ora.organic with your order number. We’ll track your order down for you and make everything right in the world – we’ve got your back.

  • We hate to hear this! Sometimes our products go for a wild ride on their way across the country (or world) to you and things go awry. Allow us to make it right for you. Please simply send us an email at info@ora.organic. Please include your order number, a description of what happened, and photos of the damage. We’ll send out another shipment to you right away.


  • At Ora, we know a healthy lifestyle requires some consistency, which is why we created our subscription program. You’ll receive 20% off of every order and receive exactly what you want at the frequency you want it. Subscribers can skip shipments, delay shipments, and even switch up their orders as often as desired without penalty. Rest assured, you’re only charged when your order processes and ships. All subscription orders over $50 ship for free. Questions? Let us know!

  • Once you activate your account, simply sign in here to make your desired changes. You can change your shipping address, update your payment info, and adjust your products anytime! We’re always happy to make these for you, as well. We’re here to help!

  • Our subscriptions are currently available to customers in USA and Canada. Our team is working hard to expand our services around the globe – please stay tuned!

    To our favorite UK and Australia customers: Be sure to place your orders for one-time products only so you can successfully complete your purchase.

  • That’s likely because your account has not been activated yet. This is just another layer of security we’re proud to offer to our one-time purchase and subscription customers alike. Check all of your inboxes for an Account Activation email from us and you should be all set.

  • We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand! If you’d rather adjust your delivery frequency or switch up your subscription, send us an email at info@ora.organic. We’ll get you all squared away!

    If you’d like to cancel for now, follow these steps:

    1. Log into your account here.
    2. In the menu, select “Cancel Upcoming Subscription.” This will cancel the products in your next scheduled shipment. If you have products on different dates, please refresh your page and continue to cancel your upcoming subscriptions until you receive a confirmation page.
    3. Check your inbox (and spam folder if you don’t immediately something from us) – you will receive a confirmation email that your subscription is fully canceled. If you did not receive this, please reach out to us to ensure your subscription is canceled.

    You’re also welcome to email us at info@ora.organic with this request and we’ll cancel your subscription for you! Please be sure to include the email address attached to your account.
