Mix one scoop with at least 1/4 cup (2 oz) of water or add to a smoothie. For a lighter flavor, add more water, but we prefer 2oz for that strong pineapple flavor in a quick and easy shot glass!

Take one chewable tablet daily each morning before eating.
Since vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, it should ideally be taken on an empty stomach, along with some water. Water-soluble simply means it has to dissolve in water in order to be absorbed.
Tips for use
Taking large doses of Vitamin C with your B12 may reduce the available amount of Vitamin B12 in your body. To avoid this interaction, we recommend taking your Vitamin C two or more hours after your B12. An easy way to remember is to take your B12 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and take your Vitamin C with lunch.

How & when to take
Add 1 scoop of Good as Gold to a mug and then add a small amount of hot water and mix into a paste before adding at 8oz (or more) of warm plant-based milk for a cozy, delicious beverage. Or, have it iced by shaking it up with cold water, plant-based milk, or blended into your favorite smoothie.
