How to Use

Just want to do the bare minimum?

To make a simple shake, fill your vessel of choice with 8-10 oz of your favorite liquid.


We love cold vanilla almond milk, but any nut milk works! If you’re a simple creature, you can stick with just water, but nut milk adds that chef-kiss creaminess


For optimal smoothness, whisk with a handheld frother.

Shaker bottles with whisk balls work amazing, too. And there’s always our best friend —the blender —for peak mixing.

When to take it.

Post-workout is ideal for muscle protein synthesis, but honestly, this one's good any time.


Breakfast, snack, sweet tooth moments that need to be satisfied, that awkward 2:30 pm post-lunch pre-dinner "I just need a little something" stretch — there's no wrong answer.

Ready to get into smoothies?

Start off simple, and feel free to add to this base recipe as you like!


Base Recipe

  • 2 scoops of protein

  • 1 banana

  • 1.5 cups of any milk

  • optional: 1 tbsp of nut butter

  • Blend it all up until smooth!


More Add-ins/Substitutes

  • Don't love bananas? Switch it out for 1/4 cup of frozen cauliflower to keep it thiccck.

  • Adding frozen berries is a great way to up the flavor!

  • Want it even creamier? Add in your favorite yogurt.

  • Fiber upgrade: add 1 tbsp of flaxseed!
