This recipe is a Hallmark Christmas movie: one half traditional and classic, and the other half new-age and sophisticated. Imagine the city-slicker matcha comes to a small town during Christmas and runs into the hometown sweetheart that is white chocolate. A love story for the ages! While it's true that this recipe's two halves have chemistry, let's chat about their different benefits. :) Our Renewable Energy in Ceremonial Matcha not only has endless antioxidants, but has both nitric oxide, focus and endurance, as well as energy and electrolyte blends in its formula. The white chocolate half has its own plant-based ingredients and benefits as well – coconut milk and coconut butter are rich in immunity-boosting lauric acid. They're also full of essential amino acids, calcium, and magnesium. As if that wasn't impressive enough, cocoa butter enters stage left to offer Vitamin E and a healthy dose of oleic acid, which assists the body in turning bad cholesterol (LDL) to good cholesterol (HDL).

  • Coconut milk and cream are sources of healthy fats called medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and contain a healthy dose of manganese and copper.

  • Ceremonial matcha is a sophisticated choice for immune health while offering a healthy dose of caffeine.

  • 2 tsp Renewable Energy Ceremonial Matcha
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk (full fat)
  • ¼ cup coconut butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 candy canes

  1. If you do not have coconut butter, you can easily make some by adding shredded coconut to a high-speed blender and blending on high for 5-7 minutes.
  2. To decorate the rims of your mugs, you can melt some cocoa butter and dip the mugs in the melted cocoa butter and then in the crushed candy canes.
