Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen bananas
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp So lean & so clean – Vanilla Chai
  • 1 tbsp Good as gold – turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the smoothie has reached a creamy consistency.
  3. Pour smoothie into a cup and top with your favorites (crushed pecans, cinnamon, and coconut whipped cream are my go-to for this smoothie)
