Protein Snickers Date Bark
Ingredients
5 large medjool dates
½ cup peanut butter
2 scoop Vanilla So Lean & So Clean Protein Powder
2 tbsp + 1 tbsp coconut oil, divided
¼ cup maple syrup
¾ cup peanuts, chopped or halved
½ cup plant-based chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt
Directions
1.
Cut dates in half, remove pits, and lay flat on parchment paper.
2.
Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, + 2 tbsp melted coconut oil.
3.
Spread mixture evenly over dates and sprinkle with peanut halves.
4.
Melt chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil, then pour over top.
5.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
6.
Freeze until set, then break into bark and enjoy!

Chaya's Go-To Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1 scoop Vanilla So Lean & So Clean Protein Powder
1 cup chia seed water (1 tbsp chia in 1 ½ cups water soaked overnight)
1 frozen chunk zucchini (trust me- it replaces the banana with zero taste and way less calories)
½ cup frozen berries
1 spoon flaxseed
⅓ cup plant milk
Directions
1.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

3-Ingredient Protein Cookies
Ingredients
½ cup Vanilla So Lean & So Clean Protein Powder
2 ripe bananas
¾ cup tahini
Optional: ¼ cup plant-based chocolate chips
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350.
2.
Mash bananas until smooth. Mix in protein powder and tahini. Fold in chocolate chips.
3.
Scoop into 6 large or 12 small cookies.
4.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!

Fluffy Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1 scoop Vanilla So Lean & So Clean Protein Powder
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Directions
1.
Mix almond milk and apple cider vinegar together and set aside for 2–3 minutes to curdle (this is your vegan buttermilk — it makes them fluffy).
2.
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
3.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until smooth. Let batter rest 5 minutes.
4.
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake.
5.
Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip. Cook 2 more minutes until golden.
6.
Top with berries and maple syrup.
