Organic apple cider vinegar and plant extracts to support digestion

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Powder

Acetic acid is created in the process of making apple cider vinegar. Studies have shown that consuming acetic acid (or apple cider vinegar) may improve blood glucose after eating and lower HbA1c levels.† Other studies have shown that taking acetic acid daily resulted in lower BMI and body weight.

Malus sylvestris

Organic Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) (Seed) Extract

Milk thistle seed extract contains silymarin, a mixture of flavonoids and polyphenols that have been researched for their potential antioxidant and liver-protective qualities.† Studies suggest that silymarin may help your body healthfully process sugar and fats.

Silybum marianum

Organic Black Pepper Extract

Black pepper's pungent, spicy flavor is due to the presence of piperine. Piperine may increase levels of pancreatic enzymes and quicken digestive transit time, helping you to digest food better and faster.†

Frequently Asked

Does your ACV tablet contain the “mother”?

We pasteurize and filter our apple cider vinegar in order to produce the safest product possible, so the “mother” is likely filtered out of our final product. When it comes to vinegar, the “mother” refers to the strands of enzymes and bacteria that give unfiltered vinegars their murky appearance. However, vinegars with “mothers” are often unpasteurized, which brings a much higher chance of contracting a foodborne illness.

Is Appley Ever After safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

While there are no studies that explicitly warn against the use of apple cider vinegar when pregnant or breastfeeding, there is also an insufficient amount of evidence to recommend it. For that reason, we recommend consulting your doctor before taking the apple cider vinegar tablets. Some studies suggest that milk thistle extract, which is found in Appley Ever After, may increase milk production.

Who shouldn’t take Appley Ever After?

Folks who have been diagnosed with gastroparesis should consult their doctor before taking an apple cider vinegar supplement because apple cider vinegar can slow digestive motility even further.

While apple cider vinegar has been shown to help support healthy blood sugar levels, people with diabetes who are already taking blood sugar medication should consult their doctor before adding a vinegar tablet into their regimen.

Is Appley Ever After safe for kids?

Many of our customers like to share their Appley Ever After with their children, but check with your doctor first and be sure to ask about any allergies your child might have.
