Thanks a lot for your answer! I was wondering if there is anything in your product that helps with the conversion of proline to hydroxyproline, as the latter is only available in animal sources?

While hydroxyproline is nutritionally only found in animals, our bodies generate hydroxyproline when our body tissues break down in their normal process. The enzyme that converts proline to hydroxyproline is also widely found in plants. Thus, an additional supplement to help create hydroxyproline is not necessary and we do not include it in So Lean & So Clean.

What is the amino acid profile of your product? What are the amounts of each amino acid?

However, our amino acid content is naturally occurring from the protein sources we use: organic sprouted quinoa, sprouted amaranth, sprouted brown rice, sacha inchi, pea, and hemp. From batch to batch, the amino acid content may vary - simply based on what nature provides - and we don't add or subtract amino acids to or from the formula.
