A Message From Our Founders

We hope you and your loved ones are banding together and staying well during these times.

You are constantly in our thoughts and we’re continuing to make changes both internally and externally as we all learn how to cope with the new normal COVID-19 has forced.

Some of you will remember that, when the pandemic hit the US, we temporarily lowered our prices to help our community access the immunity-boosting products that were most beneficial. Throughout the past five months, in addition to a site-wide reduction, that discount extended to your subscription, as well.

As of September, we’ve reached the point where we need to return to our regularly scheduled pricing in order to keep operations running as normal. Over the next couple of weeks, you’ll see your subscription items return to their original pricing. (Note, though, that your built-in 20% subscription discount will always remain.)

Although we can’t continue with price reductions forever, your health, satisfaction, and well-being will always be our top priorities. If you currently have a subscription and are concerned about financial hardship, please email our team. We’ll brainstorm solutions with you and support your health in the best way we can.

Beyond that, if you have any special requests for how we can be of service to you during these difficult times, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our support goes out to everyone impacted by COVID-19, the common flu, and any other viruses, illnesses, or ailments that impact the lives of people daily. Better wellness is a lifelong pursuit and our mission is to support you on that journey, both during and outside of crisis situations like this.
