Can I use Renewable Energy as a coffee replacement?

Absolutely! Many of our customers have completely replaced coffee with Renewable Energy and say it’s even better than a morning cup of joe! That’s because Renewable Energy has a mix of clean caffeine sources, so there are no jitters. And we include extra beneficial ingredients like our adaptogen blend to aid in enhancing focus.

Why don’t you crash on this pre-workout?

Unlike most pre-workout powders, Renewable Energy doesn’t contain excessive levels of caffeine, sugar, or (any) synthetic stimulants.

We balance out our caffeine with organic adaptogens that help promote calm, focus, and endurance. They help to stabilize your body so you don’t feel the highs and lows or jitters associated with most other pre-workout powders.

Is Renewable Energy safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

While our pre-workout is made with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients, it does contain caffeine and adaptogenic herbs that may not be safe for pregnancy. Many of our customers are moms who are breastfeeding and they love Renewable Energy! It is recommended that you consume no more than 200mg of caffeine daily when pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Renewable Energy contains 180mg of caffeine per serving (about the same as two cups of coffee), so talk with your doctor before taking Renewable Energy to ensure your caffeine intake can remain below the recommended amount.

What’s the difference between Renewable Energy Plus and Renewable Energy?

Renewable Energy Plus has twice the amount of caffeine (180 mg) as Renewable Energy (90 mg — about the same as one cup of coffee). The clean caffeine in Renewable Energy Plus is exclusively from organic green coffee beans while Renewable Energy's caffeine blend also contains matcha green tea and yerba mate.

Renewable Energy Plus also has twice the amount of organic adaptogens to support focus, satiety, and athletic recovery.

There is no added sugar in Renewable Energy Plus (as opposed to 5g of added sugar in Renewable Energy Raspberry Lemonade).
