Tiramisu Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients

Oats

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 espresso shot
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 serving Ora So lean & so clean vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Yogurt

  • 2/3 cup plant-based greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 serving Ora So lean & so clean vanilla protein powder
  • Cacao powder for dusting

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix banana, maple syrup, espresso, cashew butter, apple cider vinegar, plant-based milk, and vanilla in an oven safe ramekin.
  3. Stir in oats, protein powder, cacao, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Mix the yogurt topping while oats bake.
  6. Remove the oats from oven and let cool. Top with yogurt, dust with cacao, and enjoy!
