Q&A

Can you please consider offering the original version and the vanilla flavored? The vanilla will not work for my daughter in law because of her severe allergies. It took many months of experimenting and bad reactions before she found one she could take, and that was the original unflavored. She goes through 4 to 5 bottles a week per her nutritionist instructions. I use one bottle per month. Tried the vanilla yesterday. Did not like it. Read up on the note ingredients, they can cause GI issues, I have IBS, and don't need anything that can add to my already ongoing issues: We appreciate your honesty here, Jane. Can the 2000iu pill be cut in half daily without losing efficacy?: Great question! Feel free to split your capsules - they are very easy to break in half. That way, you can customize your Vitamin D intake, bringing it down from 2,000 IU to 1000 IU. :)
Hello, I am wondering if there is any iodine in lichen? I take Levothyroxine for my thyroid and can’t take supplements containing iodine due to thyroid issues. While lichen contains natural iodine the amount of iodine in our product would be much less and not significant as a dietary source. However, as with any individual with a diagnosed health condition, we highly recommend you consult with your doctor to make sure the product is safe for you and will not interfere with your medication.
