How long does it take for regularity to begin? I just started Trust your Gut 3 days ago I was hoping it started quickly but not so much. I’ve been dieting with a low carb diet and it’s been a little bit constipating. I was hoping this would be what I needed.

which probiotic do you recommend for chronic constipation
