Does the high strength capsule help with diarrhea/bowel incontenance? My husband was on high doses of 3 antibiotics, 2 years ago to treat severe Covid side-effects. Since then he has bowel and urinary tract issues.

How long does it take for regularity to begin? I just started Trust your Gut 3 days ago I was hoping it started quickly but not so much. I’ve been dieting with a low carb diet and it’s been a little bit constipating. I was hoping this would be what I needed.

Hi Carol, Carolina from Ora here. Thank you so much for reaching out! Excellent question. Because everyone reacts to supplements uniquely, this is going to range widely from person to person. While some folks feel their probiotics within a week, others may take at least a month (1 full bottle) to adjust to the new probiotics in their system. The key with your probiotics is consistency: take two capsules at the same time every day, with food. Don’t worry about finding the “perfect” time of day. Simply choose a time that works for you and aim to keep it consistent. Next, this would be a great conversation to have together with your doctor. You're both going to have the best insight as to what works best for you, considering your particular needs, goals, and medical history. :) Lastly, if you do choose to try it, you can rest easy knowing we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all first-time purchases made within 60 days. If for whatever reason it isn't a fit, we'll be here for you to make it right! Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. Wishing you a lovely rest of your day!

which probiotic do you recommend for chronic constipation

Hi Tina, Carolina from Ora here. Thank you so much for your question! We're so happy you reached out about our probiotics. While supplements can work differently for different people, ours have helped a lot of our customers achieve a healthy, balanced gut, which, in turn, can help relieve some common gut issues, such as constipation. We certainly think it's worth a shot to give them a try and I'm here to help you along the way. If you ever have any questions at all, or it turns out you just don't love them like you thought you would, let me know and we'll make it right. We have three probiotic products I'd love for you to consider. We have two probiotic capsules and one probiotic powder that comes in two flavors. Let's start with our original Trust Your Gut capsules and powder - we'll touch on our Trust Your Gut High-potency capsules in a bit. :) There's not much difference between the original Trust Your Gut capsule and powder so I always tell folks to choose based on how they like to take their probiotic. Our capsules contain 16 billion probiotics per serving and our powder contains 20 billion. Our powder comes in apple raspberry and lavender lemonade flavors. Both products have prebiotics, which help the probiotics to better do their job. Our high-potency capsules contain about 3 times as many CFUs per serving at 52 billion per serving, so we recommend them for either probiotic veterans, those who are looking for a rapid replenishment, or those who are just coming off of a bout of antibiotics. :) These also have pre-biotics, as well as greater strain diversity, which is the name of the gut health game. Diversity is so important, and I invite you to take a look at the different strains here. Have a look at those and let me know if you have any questions at all! I'd love to hear from you.
